The thrilling 11-inning contest that saw the Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Toronto Blue Jays 5-4 attracted a combined 51 million viewers across the United States, Canada, and Japanese markets. MLB reported this marks the highest-rated Fall Classic finale after the 1991 showdown between the Minnesota Twins and Braves.
